FBI 'Safe' Streets Task Force, US Park Police Shoot, Kill Trey Joyner ::: WartHog Joseph J Persichini Jr. of Washington FBI Field Office

On Monday, June 8 at approximately 8:30pm, 4 plain clothes US Park Police Officers working in the 'Safe' Streets Taskforce, led by the Washington FBI Field Office, gunned down 24 year old Trey Joyner.

The Pigs got some information from an informant that there was a "man with a gun." Trey was in a car in Trinidad, his neighborhood, when the plain clothes pigs began to pursue him. Scared, he got out of the car and ran down the alley. They shot him, repeatedly, in his back.

The 4 USPP pigs said Trey pointed a gun at them. All of the witnesses swear that never happened. A gun was 'found' at the scene. Trey's family believes it was later planted there to justify the murder of Trey. To date, there is no evidence that the gun belonged to Trey and that he ever pointed it at the plain clothes pigs pursuing him.

The cold blooded murder of young Trey Joyner is, sadly, another event in the ongoing militarization of Trinidad and the near Northeast neighborhoods. Last Summer Chief Swine Lanier declared all out war on the neighborhood setting up checkpoints on the perimeter. In April, USPP repeatedly shot 54 year old Ronald Hughes on K street NE.

The killing of Trey Joyner was done under the auspices of the Washington FBI Filed Office's 'Safe' Streets Taskforce. The Taskforce draws in pigs from MPD, USPP and the FBI. "Under the Initiative, the FBI blends local and federal law enforcement resources to target violent, drug trafficking street gangs." Its abundantly clear, however, that this so-called initiative is targeted at young black males regardless of any alleged gang 'membership.'

As of the time of this post, the Swine agencies are still withholding the names of the 4 plain clothes USPP pigs who murdered Trey Joyner. Therefore, it leaves us no other option than to provide our readers with the information on the man who ordered this TaskForce in the First Place.

Joseph J Persichini Jr. is the Assistant Director in Charge of the Washington FBI Field Office. (He's in charge). Persichini was appointed in 2006 to head the agency that has carried out a disastrous campaign of terror against DC residents from as murderous as the so-called 'Safe' streets Taskforce to as annoying as the spying on activists and everything in between.

Persichini has made a career out of terrorizing people. He began working for the FBI in 1976 with the Alexandria Field Office. He moved his way up the ladder. In 1988, he was appointed Supervisory Special Agent at FBI Headquarters in the Office of Professional Responsibility. In May 1991, he was transferred to the Miami Division, where he served as Supervisory Special Agent of the Law Enforcement Corruption Squad. In this capacity, Persichini was the program manager responsible for the direction and support of the FBI Miami's public corruption program. In November 2002, Persichini was named Special Agent in Charge, Administrative Division, Washington Field Office, with responsibility for all human resources, facilities, technical operations, security, training, and budget matters. He's been here ever since.

Wart Hog Persichini is married to Joleen Persichini and they have 2 daughters. Joleen is a property appraiser in Fairfax county. He and his daughters are avid soccer players. Wart Hog Persichini can often be found at the Tidal Basin in DC. He also enjoys Italian food, watching the Andy Griffith Show, reading the Godfather and eating at Clyde's at Gallery place (Chinatown).

This information was found through entirely legal ways. We knew he lived in Virginia based on his biography on the FBI website. We searched whitepages.com and came up with the address above. We verified using the Fairfax County Property Assessment database. We further verified the address by googling his wife's name and came up with this site. Simple. Legal. Public.

Wild Boar #3 (and a half) Jane Holl Lute and her Hubby John Edward Lute

Who's Jane Holl Lute you ask? This Wild Boar is only the Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security, Number 2 under Her High-ness Janet Napolitano.

It is questionable how Boar Lute rose to her level, as Obama nominated her (and she was subsequently appointed) in January. Just before that, however, Boar Lute gave generously to both the Obama campaign and to the DNC. Her donations to Obama, in total, amounted to $1000 plus an additional $250 to the DNC.

Boar Holl Lute came to #2 at DHS from a long history of propping up the US military - serving as the Assistant Secretary-General for the United Nations for 6 years; and immediately prior to that, for 9 years, working on the National Security Council under both Bush Sr. and Clinton. She has over 30 years experience in the Military.

She's married to Lieutenant General Douglas Edward Lute, who is known to most as the "War Czar". He is the Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Advisor for Iraq and Afghanistan. He is responsible for overseeing the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Lute is famous for his remark on a possible reinstatement of the draft. Though, quickly rescinded, the statement caused massive uproar.

Lute was tapped by Bush Jr in 2007 and Obama has since kept him on in his post.

We found the NYC address through the FEC website. Since we're not New Yorkers we didn't do any cross checking. But unless she lied on her campaign donations, then she still has a condo there. On May 29, the Justice Department nominated Channing D. Phillips as the acting US Attorney for DC. He's in charge of all prosecutions in DC. He has a long history of working for Swine in law 'enforcement'. Wild Boar Phillips worked at the Justice Department from 1990 to 1994 and then came to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in 1994. He worked for Eric Holder (U.S. Attorney under President Clinton) from 1993 to 1997. Prior to accepting the job as acting US Attorney, he had been serving as the Principal US Attorney.

For years the US Park Police (USPP) have engaged in a protracted campaign against DC's homeless population. They patrol the Parks, circles and triangles (all of which are federal property in DC) kicking out and arresting homeless for merely trying to survive. When DC Mayor Fenty (super swine enabler...we'll focus on him soon) closed Franklin Shelter, USPP swept through Franklin Square harassing the homeless WHO HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO. They have a long history of fu#ing with the homeless around Georgetown, and Dupont and Logan Circle as well.

They act with total impunity. In April, 2 USPP (names currently withheld) repeatedly shot Ronald Hughes, unarmed man, in DC. Luckily these swine didn't kill him, but after shooting him over and over again, they proceeded to recklessly drag him out of the car. Despite, Hughes being unarmed, he's currently being charged, pending indictment, with multiple felonies.

USPP also target the 'Gay Woods' around P Street roaming the woods and profiling individuals whom they believe to be 'promiscuous'. They're actions around P Street Beach have helped complete the gentrification of the area.

But if that's not enough, USPP are infamous for stealing 14 year old's skateboards and beating tweens at 'Freedom' Plaza, Archives and around the memorials. Ask any kid trying to have some good clean fun there, they'll tell you a story or two.


And on top of all this, they engage in "routine" traffic stops in DC's neighborhoods, almost exclusively pulling over people of color.

Finally, USPP show up at just about every protest in DC - sometimes in SWAT gear. They don't hesitate to use force bringing out the batons, horses, pepper spray and blunt force. They've targeted the Non violent Prop1 Vigil for the duration of its existence, arresting them at times. They routinely make up elaborate stories during trials - they perjure themselves and get away with it.

5 Years ago, a band of disgruntled officers wreaked havoc on the Police Chief's office, leaving used condoms and nails around her office. It would be terrible if that happened again.


The New Chief, Salvatore "Sal" R. Lauro has done nothing to stop any of this. He is complicit at best, instigator at worst.

Swine Lauro has spent his entire law enforcement career of 31 years with the USPP. Beginning in 1997, he was stationed in DC permanently and served as the commander of the Central district where he supervised over 75 officers and supervisors. He Also served as the Commander of the following branches: Special Forces, Special Events, and Planning and Development. Prior to being appointed chief, he was the assistant chief.

He purchased his house on May 27, 1997 (12 years ago almost to the day --- Congrats Swine Lauro!) for $274,900. The house was built this same year. The deed can be found at the Recorder of Deeds in Book #17497 and page #1065. The current assessed value is $572,470 which is down from a peak of $711,870 in 2006/7.

Wild Boar #1 John Templeton Morton

On May 14, Obama swore in John T. Morton as the Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for I.C.E. (Immigration and Customs Enforcement).

Morton has already wreaked havoc on the US serving as the assistant United States attorney (prosecutor) in the Eastern District of Virginia, in the Major Crimes Unit and later in the Terrorism and National Security Unit. From 2006 to mid-2009, Morton served in the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ), first as the acting chief of the Domestic Security Section and then as the acting deputy assistant attorney general.

In his new role he will undoubtedly work to increase border patrol, arrests and detentions and the racist harassment of people of color, primarily, though not exclusively, Latinos.

Morton is considered a very dangerous Wild Boar, a close relative to the Swine and Warthogs featured on this site.

Morton is also a Hillary fan, donating $500 to her campaign. In 2004, he gave the same amount to John Kerry's Campaign.

He is married to Laura Smith Morton, an attorney as well. Though she once worked in the public sector for the DOJ, she currently works at a private law firm representing Oil and Gas companies and suing Native Peoples for their subsurface rights.

This information was obtained through entirely legal and public means. We first looked through whitepages.com and narrowed the search down to VA. Then, we search the Federal Election Commission Website and saw that John donated to the Clinton and Kerry Campaigns. On the image search we found this one and this one, which provided us with an initial address. Then, we searched whitepages again and found another address. So, we searched the Alexandria Real Property Assesment Database and discovered that he does indeed own both, though one with Laura...perhaps they're going through a divorce???!!!??? Simple. Legal. Public.

WartHog #1 JTTF Agent Vincent Antignano

WartHog Antignano has been harassing DC-Baltimore-NoVA area activists for well over a year now. He was behind the arrests and investigations of activists ranging from Animal rights to anti-capitalism.

He is an FBI agent out of the Prince William Office working with the Joint Terrorism Task Force. His badge number is #1035.

He is also reported to have harassed ACLU lawyers in an animal rights case.

He is a mysterious asshole. Who seemingly just appeared one day. Though here at swinefludc, we know that he was working the background for years.

This information was found by googling his name and then found an internet posting. We then cross checked the addy on the Fairfax county property sales database. The site told us "name withheld by request." Hmmm...vincent, really? Anywho...it's pretty clear we know who owns it.

Swine #6 Detective Matthew Shinton

Detective Shinton is in the "intelligence" department of MPD. But, if he's MPD' intelligence, they've got a bigger problem.

Shinton is a real piece of work. He investigates activists, murders and rapists. He attends everything from permitted rallies with children all the way to insurrectionary anarchist protests.

He was beaten with the ugly stick and lacks the smoothness of Herold. His wardrobe never seems to change: Always in a button-down collared T-shirt (often blue or plaid) and slightly faded blue jeans.

Shinton is the DC INTERPOL liaison.

Swine #5 Commander James O. Crane

Commander Crane is by far the stupidest person on the planet. That's right, we said it. When he talks to you, it's as if he's speaking right through you. He appears to have zero social skills, but I guess it's a lot to expect a swine to be able to communicate in the human world.

He is the head of the Special Operations Division. The division in charge of handling protests, motorcades, SWAT teams and other 'special' swine functions. We're not really sure how he rose to this position in MPD, perhaps it's because he's an old white male. He was oncea captain at 5D.

Within the last 7 years, Commander Crane was committed to a mental institution and has had several mental breakdowns while on duty (all documented through the swine agency). He even had his police powers revoked for some time too. And yet, he's in charge of both escorting the Prez, handling hostage situations and dealing with large protests!

He has also been known to smoke cigars inside his government issued vehicle.

Swine #3 and 4 James Edward Haskel and Anthony Clay

James Haskel and Anthony Clay are the 2 Off-duty Swine who murdered 14 year old Deonte Rawlings in 2007.

One evening, Deonte was riding his mini-bike in his neighborhood. Haskel and Clay drove by and perceived the bike to be stolen. In fact, Haskel thought it was his. So, instead of talking to Deonte, they shot him in the back. Repeatedly. Then, flagged down more swine, and left the scene shortly after in their SUV.

Swine Haskel and Clay said Deonte fired at them. No gun was ever found. No gunshot residue was found on Deonte's body.

The minibike which Haskel said Deonte stole, turned up 16 miles away from Upper Marlboro, near a friend of Haskel' s house. Deonte's fingerprints were never found on it.

Swine Haskel was questioned 2hours and 33 minutes after the shooting and was allowed to make phone calls in the time interim.

These swine never identified themselves as officers, left the scene and didn't attend to fallen Deonte.

A Grand Jury convened and the FBI 'investigated' the case. Swine Haskel and Clay were ultimatley cleared of any wrongdoing, despite the overwhelming evidence against them. Its clear the so-called justice system has been rigged from the start.

Swine Haskel, with the help of Swine Clay, killed an unarmed child --- and got away with it. They are the lowest of the low.

Swine #2 Captain Jeffrey Herold

Captain Herold is a douche. There's really no other way of describing him. He tries to make nice, pretend he's your friend. But really, honestly, what he's doing, is gathering information. Getting people to talk. Trying to earn undeserved trust. He will gladly throw someone against a wall, detain large groups of people, assault demonstrators using force and chemicals.

But that aside, here's some tidbits about this a-hole:

According to the Metropolitan Swine Department's website, Herold is in charge of the Emergency Response Team. Though sometimes, he can be seen at large protests for days on end...begging the question, what's an emergency? He has been working protests in DC for well over a decade.

Swine #1 Cathy L. Lanier

The Chief Swine in DC wears the big hat and heavy medals. She is known as Chief Lanier. She is responsible for the Military-esque checkpoints in Trinidad, All Hands on Deck, and helping to cover up the murder of Deonte Rawlings by fellow swine Anthony Clay and James Edward Haskel, amongst many of her accomplishments

Lanier came to DC from Maryland. She worked as a beat cop for a while in DC, then moved her way up the ladder serving as the Commander of 4D, Major Narcotics Branch and Vehicular Homicide, the Special Operations Division (SOD), and later the Office of Homeland Security and Counter-Terrorism. Lanier graduated from the FBI National Academy.

Idiot Mayor Fenty appointed Lanier to be the Chief Swine in 2007, shortly after he became the King of DC. At the time, Lanier lived in Anne Arundal County with her dogs.

That told us it was in ward 5 and the time frame. So then, we went to the DC Database of Property Sales and set the search parameters for Ward 5 and houses purchased between 1/01/2007 and 6/01/2007 . We used the CTRL-F function for Lanier and on the last page, we found her addy. Simple. Public Information.

Swine Flu

Before the Swine Flu made its way north from a meatpacking plant in Mexico, DC was already experiencing a Swine Flu of disastrous proportions. For decades, Pigs have roamed our city streets, kidnapping and beating district residents. They've used guns, batons, pepper spray, tear gas, fists, and metal bracelets. They've separated us from friends and family. They've destroyed communities as they've targeted young, primarily black, men and locked people up for years.

This Swine Flu has taken over DC. You can't walk more than a block without seeing or hearing some symptoms of it --- a Pig, a Pig-mobile, a camera, a chain-link fence, a No-loitering sign, a station or sub station, a siren, flashing lights, remnants of police tape, a 24 hour light on a neighborhood street corner, a segwey, a bike squad, a jump squad, the FBI building, the list goes on and on and on...
