James Haskel and Anthony Clay are the 2 Off-duty Swine who murdered 14 year old Deonte Rawlings in 2007.
One evening, Deonte was riding his mini-bike in his neighborhood. Haskel and Clay drove by and perceived the bike to be stolen. In fact, Haskel thought it was his. So, instead of talking to Deonte, they shot him in the back. Repeatedly. Then, flagged down more swine, and left the scene shortly after in their SUV.
Swine Haskel and Clay said Deonte fired at them. No gun was ever found. No gunshot residue was found on Deonte's body.
The minibike which Haskel said Deonte stole, turned up 16 miles away from Upper Marlboro, near a friend of Haskel' s house. Deonte's fingerprints were never found on it.
Swine Haskel was questioned 2hours and 33 minutes after the shooting and was allowed to make phone calls in the time interim.
These swine never identified themselves as officers, left the scene and didn't attend to fallen Deonte.
A Grand Jury convened and the FBI 'investigated' the case. Swine Haskel and Clay were ultimatley cleared of any wrongdoing, despite the overwhelming evidence against them. Its clear the so-called justice system has been rigged from the start.
Swine Haskel, with the help of Swine Clay, killed an unarmed child --- and got away with it. They are the lowest of the low.
