The Chief Swine in DC wears the big hat and heavy medals. She is known as Chief Lanier. She is responsible for the Military-esque checkpoints in Trinidad, All Hands on Deck, and helping to cover up the murder of Deonte Rawlings by fellow swine Anthony Clay and James Edward Haskel, amongst many of her accomplishments
Lanier came to DC from Maryland. She worked as a beat cop for a while in DC, then moved her way up the ladder serving as the Commander of 4D, Major Narcotics Branch and Vehicular Homicide, the Special Operations Division (SOD), and later the Office of Homeland Security and Counter-Terrorism. Lanier graduated from the FBI National Academy.
Idiot Mayor Fenty appointed Lanier to be the Chief Swine in 2007, shortly after he became the King of DC. At the time, Lanier lived in Anne Arundal County with her dogs.

This information was found through entirely legal ways. So legal, we'll fill you in on the juicy details. First, we found this article in the Washington Post. That told us it was in ward 5 and the time frame. So then, we went to the DC Database of Property Sales and set the search parameters for Ward 5 and houses purchased between 1/01/2007 and 6/01/2007 . We used the CTRL-F function for Lanier and on the last page, we found her addy. Simple. Public Information.
